유한책임회사 더브릭스스튜디오(이하 회사)는 모바일 게임 Water Sort Lab(이하 앱)을 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 아래와 같이 처리합니다.
1. 처리하는 정보와 목적
회사가 직접 받는 정보
앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 받지 않으며, 회사는 앱에서 이름·이메일·전화번호 같은 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 회사는 앱 이용 정보를 모으는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
이용자가 문의 메일을 보내면 회사는 보낸 사람의 이메일 주소와 메일 내용을 받아 답변하는 데에만 씁니다.
기기에만 저장되는 정보
아래 정보는 이용자 기기 안에만 저장되고 회사로 전송되지 않습니다.
- 현재 레벨과 진행 중인 판, 남은 힌트·되돌리기 횟수
- 레벨을 깬 횟수(전면 광고 간격 계산용)
- 광고 제거 구매 여부
- 효과음·진동 설정
광고 SDK가 수집하는 정보
앱에는 Google의 광고 서비스 Google AdMob(Google Mobile Ads SDK)이 들어 있습니다. 광고를 불러오고 보여 주는 동안 SDK가 아래 정보를 자동으로 수집해 Google 서버로 보냅니다.

이 정보는 광고 표시, 광고 성과 측정, 부정 클릭 같은 부정 이용 방지, 광고 오류 분석에 쓰입니다. Google이 이 정보를 처리하는 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 파트너 앱의 정보 사용 안내에 나와 있습니다.
결제 정보
광고 제거 구매는 Google Play 또는 App Store가 처리합니다. 회사는 카드 번호 같은 결제 정보를 받지 않고, 스토어가 알려 주는 구매 완료 여부만 기기에 기록합니다.
2. 보유 기간과 파기
- 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다. 운영체제의 기기 백업(Google 계정 백업, iCloud 등)을 켜 두셨다면 백업본에 들어갈 수 있고, 이 백업은 이용자 계정에서 관리됩니다.
- 광고 SDK가 수집한 정보는 Google의 데이터 보관 정책에 따라 보관·삭제됩니다.
- 문의 메일은 답변과 후속 처리가 끝나면 메일함에서 영구 삭제합니다. 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 기록은 그 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
3. 처리 위탁

4. 국외 이전
위 업무를 맡기면서 개인정보가 국외로 전송됩니다. 앱의 광고 ID 등은 앱이 광고를 요청할 때마다 Google 서버로 전송됩니다.

5. 제3자 제공
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 법령에 따라 수사기관 등이 요구하는 경우는 예외입니다.
6. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
이용자는 회사가 가진 자신의 개인정보(문의 메일)의 열람·정정·삭제와 처리 정지를 요구할 수 있습니다. [email protected]으로 요청하시면 지체 없이 처리하고 결과를 알려 드립니다.
광고 관련 정보는 기기에서 직접 관리합니다.
- Android: 설정 > Google > 광고(기기마다 메뉴 이름이 다를 수 있음)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 삭제합니다.
- iPhone·iPad: 앱을 처음 열 때 나오는 추적 허용 요청에서 고르고, 나중에는 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 바꿉니다.
- 유럽경제지역·영국·스위스: 앱을 처음 열 때 나오는 광고 동의 화면에서 고릅니다. 선택을 바꾸려면 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 다시 설치해 동의 화면을 다시 엽니다.
- 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 기록이 모두 지워집니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 만들지 않았습니다. 회사는 이용자 나이를 묻지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 알면서 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 문의 메일로 들어왔다고 보호자께서 알려 주시면 바로 지웁니다.
8. 안전성 확보 조치
회사는 이용자 정보를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다. 문의 메일 계정에는 2단계 인증을 쓰고, 회사 구성원만 접근합니다.

Water Sort Lab Privacy Policy

The Bricks Studio LLC ("we") operates the mobile game Water Sort Lab (the "App"). This policy explains what information is processed when you use the App. If the Korean and English versions differ, the Korean version prevails.
1. Information we process
Information we receive directly
The App has no sign-up or login, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number through the App. We do not run servers that collect App usage data. If you email us, we receive your email address and message and use them only to reply.
Information stored only on your device
The following stays on your device and is never sent to us: your current level and board, remaining hints and undos, the number of levels cleared (used to space out interstitial ads), whether you bought ad removal, and sound and vibration settings.
Information collected by the ads SDK
The App includes Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). While loading and showing ads, the SDK automatically collects the following and sends it to Google:

This information is used to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud such as invalid clicks, and analyze ad errors. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
Payments
Ad removal purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your card number or other payment details. The App records only whether the store confirmed the purchase.
2. Retention and deletion
- Data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App. If you use device backup (Google account backup, iCloud, etc.), it may be included in that backup, which is managed in your own account.
- Data collected by the ads SDK is kept and deleted under Google's data retention policy.
- Support emails are permanently deleted once your inquiry and any follow-up are resolved, except records we must keep by law, which we keep only for the required period.

4. International transfers
Because of the services above, personal information is transferred outside the Republic of Korea. Advertising IDs and the other data listed in section 1 are sent to Google servers in the United States and other countries where Google has data centers each time the App requests an ad, and are kept under Google's retention policy. Support emails pass through Cloudflare and are stored by Google in the United States and other countries where they operate. To stop the transfer of your advertising ID, delete or reset it or deny tracking as described in section 6; all features keep working and you will see ads that are not based on your interests. Other data such as your IP address is needed to show ads and is sent while you use the App. If you do not want that, please uninstall the App.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except when required by law.
6. Your rights and choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (your support emails), or ask us to stop processing it, by writing to [email protected]. We will act on your request without delay.
- Android: Settings > Google > Ads (menu names vary by device) to reset or delete your advertising ID.
- iPhone and iPad: choose when the App first asks to track; change it later in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: choose on the consent screen shown when you first open the App. To change your choice, clear the App's data or reinstall it to see the consent screen again.
- Uninstalling the App deletes all records stored on your device.
7. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask for users' ages and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14. If a parent tells us that a child's information reached us by email, we will delete it right away.
8. Security
We do not run servers that store user data. Our support mailbox uses two-step verification and only members of our company can access it.
